Where is data stored?
EU (Frankfurt), US, JP or SG — region is selected at tenant creation. EU is recommended for GDPR alignment.
Is the mobile app available in English?
Yes. The interface is straightforward and runs in English.
How is tenant isolation handled in MSP mode?
Each customer is an isolated tenant; the partner has an overlay management view across all tenants. Customer-to-customer visibility is prevented by design.
Is there a REST API?
Yes — Ruijie Cloud exposes a REST API for integration with the customer's data lake, ticketing system, CMDB and ITSM tools.
