Should I migrate my existing servers to the cloud?
There isn't a single right answer. We analyze current cost, team size, traffic patterns and compliance requirements, then recommend hybrid, full-cloud or on-prem accordingly.
Is zero-downtime deployment possible?
Yes. Zero downtime deployment with strategies such as rolling updates, blue-green deployment and canary releases is our standard.
Do you optimize cloud cost?
Yes. With reserved instances, spot fleets, right-sizing and cleanup of idle resources we typically achieve 30–50% cloud cost reduction.
Which observability tools do you use?
On the open-source side a Prometheus + Grafana + Loki + Tempo stack; on the commercial side Datadog, New Relic or Better Stack. We always prefer OpenTelemetry as the standard.
Do you set up disaster recovery plans?

Can you migrate our existing Jenkins / legacy CI?
Yes. We perform phased migrations from Jenkins, Bamboo, CircleCI or Travis to GitHub Actions or GitLab CI. The old pipelines stay live while we build and validate the new ones; once the cutover is clean we retire the legacy stack.
How do you approach security?
Container image scanning (Trivy), secret management (Vault/Sealed Secrets), network policy, RBAC, audit logs and the least-privilege principle are part of our standard playbook. Regular security reviews are included.
Do you provide on-call and incident response support?

Do you work with a GitOps approach?
Yes. With Argo CD or Flux, the git repository becomes the single source of truth for the cluster state. Every change is reviewed as a PR and applied automatically after merge. We retire the practice of manual kubectl apply.
